Is anyone thinking about buying a new bike in the near future. My brother recently signed up for the 'Scrap-It" program, in which he gets $ toward the purchase of a new bike (through most of the local bike shops) in exchange for taking his car off the road. Since he already has a bike, he's hoping to get $ back from the program by "selling" his voucher to someone. If you're in the market, this is an easy way for you to save a couple hundred bucks.
